Fix Up Fleet’s Winter Break

It’s December in the Pacific Northwest, and it’s been a wet one. We’ve been spared any flooding, but we’ve had a foot of rain in two days, plus another weather system with the same again, and a couple windstorms mixed in. Needless to say, it’s been impossible to wrench.
And so begins the annual Fix Up Fleet Winter Break. My time has been spent on storm cleanup (not interesting content) and home redecorating (looks great, but not Fix Up Fleet). Plus, the holidays means I get to spend more time with family, so I’m taking advantage.
2026: Big Things in Store
I have some great stuff planned for 2026. We’re starting with small engines, plus:
- Turning 3 Honda CT90 parts motorcycles into one running bike.
- Some great camping trips and gear reviews.
- More repair how-to on my fleet.
- The launch of our YouTube channel.
- Auction buys and tips.
- And more.
I’m excited to get Fix Up Fleet rolling in 2026. Stick around and follow along.
I’m a lifelong DIYer keeping a fleet of cars and trucks on the road — from Subarus to a ’69 MGB GT to a dump truck. Fix Up Fleet is about budget-minded fixes, practical advice, and having fun with every rig in the garage. Buy it, fix it, drive it, repeat.
